Partner access and sharing
Verified agency partners can access only enquiries manually assigned to their agency, their own verified vacancies and basic engagement counts. Claim approval and account verification are required. Profile and vacancy changes need administrator review. Quote enquiries may be shared with up to three relevant agencies only with your sharing consent. Partners cannot browse candidate contact details or CVs.
Retention and your rights
You can withdraw candidate consent or request deletion using your private management key on the registration page. Withdrawal removes your public profile and stops new introductions. Deletion requests are privately queued for identity verification and removal of your CV and personal information, including linked records where appropriate. We review candidate records after 180 days without activity; an owner review is required before retaining them longer. This is a manual retention review, not an automatic deletion promise. Administrative changes and access grants are audited.
We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles where applicable, including access, correction, security and limiting collection and disclosure. Privacy enquiries can be submitted below. Our transactional email service, when configured, receives notification references rather than CVs or candidate details and may process data overseas. The owner must confirm provider safeguards and statutory applicability before commercial launch.
What we store
We store the details you submit in agency claims, quote requests, listing requests, recruitment expressions of interest and contact enquiries. This includes your contact details, requirements, consent, source page, request ID and submission time. Records are held privately for administrator review and follow-up.
Who can see your enquiry?
The directory administrator can access submissions. Nothing is automatically distributed. Quote introductions require your sharing consent; recruitment or other introductions are discussed before details are passed on. Use public links for portfolios and business evidence. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Recruitment privacy and CVs
Candidate registrations and PDF CVs are private and accessible only to the site administrator. Public profiles require a separate optional opt-in and administrator approval. Public fields are limited to an anonymous reference, city, experience, specialisations, availability and opportunity preferences. Names, contact details, portfolios, rates and CVs are never included in the directory.
Keep the private management key issued at registration to withdraw public consent at /seo-talent/register/. Contact us with your reference for access, corrections or deletion. The administrator can remove your private record and CV. We retain records while reviewing and following up opportunities, subject to your deletion request. Introductions require separate permission for the specific employer and opportunity. Employers receive no automatic access to candidate records.
Job submitters authorise publication of the vacancy and its application method after approval. Applications go to the employer, whose privacy policy applies. Submission notifications contain a record reference and administration link, without candidate details or CVs; notification delivery failures do not affect stored records.
Usage measurement
We record first-party page views, profile views, search actions, comparison clicks and successful form submissions. Events contain the page path, event type and agency ID where relevant; they do not contain search terms, contact details or candidate information. Admin summaries use recorded events and stored enquiries, with no estimated historical data.
Your browser
Your comparison shortlist uses session storage on your device. It holds agency IDs, not your enquiry details. Core search and filtering work without a stored shortlist. The site loads its typography from Google Fonts; your browser may connect to that service to retrieve font files.
Access, correction & deletion
Use the contact form below and include your request ID. We keep enquiries while reviewing and following up your request, unless you ask us to remove them. Contact details and other private information are never published as part of an agency profile.
